This registration is open to individuals applying to attend Be-CON 2026 as general participants.
Through General Registration, participants may attend key conference sessions and programs and engage with discussions on policy, technology, and industry.


Individual registration is required for all participants.


※ General participant registration does not include participation in exhibition booths, participation in speakers, or invitation to reception exclusively for partners.

Be-CON (hereinafter referred to as the “Conference”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly.


Article 1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

The Conference processes personal information for the following purposes.
Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated below, and separate consent will be obtained if the purpose of use changes.

The Conference retains and uses collected personal information for the following periods:

1. Participant Registration Information
- Retained for up to one (1) year after the event concludes, then promptly destroyed

However, personal information may be retained until the relevant purpose is fulfilled in the following cases:
- When retention is required under applicable laws
- When additional retention is necessary for dispute resolution or complaint handling


Article 3. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Methods of Exercise

Participants may exercise the following rights at any time:

3. Request deletion of personal information
4. Request suspension of processing

These rights may be exercised via email or telephone.

The Conference promptly destroys personal information once the retention period expires or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled.

- Permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery

2. Paper documents
- Shredded or incinerated

Article 8. Effective Date and Amendments
